While in lock down I continued to paint my Friday ceramic jug, but as we go into this next phase, of this extraordinary time, I thought I would do some special teacups to share, as well. Tea has always been a comfort to me, whether it was after hockey when I was younger or during tough times or simply at the end of a day. Tea seems to always make things better and I think we all need anything that makes us feel comforted at the moment. I will add a new cup to this page whenever I do one, and as the ideas arise for each one.
Cup 3. Tea Time
Tea and cake is a British institution as I mentioned above it is a salve for the soul and a culinary sticking plaster in most situations. So here is to more tea and cake !!!
N.B Please note we recommend hand washing cups only as dishwashers are just a bit to tough on hand painted cups.
